A synth heavy bedroom pop song reminiscent of the early 80s mixed with modern electronica/art pop. Dreamy arps offset the upbeat female vocals while a deceptively upbeat bass melody paints the track with darker undertones. The track is built to play off the dichotomy of having your heart broken while still longing for the one who broke your heart.
